Is it possible to support CVBS video door phone?
Yes! Our system can work with 1 AHD call panel, 1 CVBS call panel, 1 AHD camera, and 1 CVBS panel.
Do you have motion detection for the video intercom?
Yes! Motion detection is enabled through software, eliminating the need for a PIR sensor. It can detect motion from either 1 call panel or 2 cameras.
How to play music or movies on the indoor monitor?
You can play music or movies by downloading them from your computer to an SD card, then inserting the SD card into the monitor's card slot.
What is a voice message?
A voice message allows the call panel to prompt visitors to leave a message when you are away. After a set time (30 or 120s), it will ask them to leave a message for you to check later.
How does call transfer work?
The system supports up to 6 indoor monitors. If one monitor answers a call and the visitor wants to speak to someone in another room, the call can be transferred to that specific monitor.
