What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is one unit. We consistently offer personalized customization to meet diverse client requirements.
What are the sample shipping ways and delivery time?
Delivery takes 5-10 days by express services like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc., or other economic methods for certain countries.
How many days are needed for samples and bulk lead times?
Samples are ready within 3-5 days. Normally, the lead time for bulk orders (up to 5000 pcs) is 20-30 days. Quantities over 5000 pcs are negotiated.
What is your monthly production capacity?
We have 6 production lines with a monthly capacity of approximately 30,000 units.
Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we have our own R&D department to handle OEM or ODM projects. Confidentiality is a standard requirement for these orders.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C. The standard terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment.
