Is it possible to support CVBS Video door phone?
Yes! It can work with 1 AHD Call panel + 1 CVBS call panel + 1 AHD camera + 1 CVBS panel.
Do you have motion detection for video intercom?
Yes! It is handled by software, so there is no need to connect a PIR sensor. Motion detection works from 1 call panel or 2 cameras.
How to play Music or Movies on the indoor monitor?
Simply download music or movies from a computer, copy them to an SD card, insert the SD card into the monitor, and play.
What is the Voice Message function?
When you are not at home and a visitor presses the call panel, after a set time (30s or 120s), the panel will automatically ask them to leave a message. You can check the video and message when you return.
How does the transfer calling function work?
Our system supports up to 6 indoor monitors. If one person answers a call but the visitor is looking for someone in another room, the call can be transferred to that specific monitor.
What is the warranty period?
We provide a 24-month warranty for this intercom system.
