1. Is it possible to support CVBS Video door phones?
Yes! It can work with a combination of 1 AHD call panel, 1 CVBS call panel, 1 AHD camera, and 1 CVBS panel.
2. Does the system include motion detection?
Yes, motion detection is handled by software. There is no need for an external PIR sensor; it can detect motion from call panels or cameras.
3. How can I play music or movies on the indoor monitor?
Simply download music or movies from your computer, copy them to an SD card, insert the SD card into the monitor, and use the multimedia player to play.
4. How does the Voice Message function work?
If you are not at home and a visitor presses the call button, the system will prompt them to leave a message after a set time (30s-120s). You can check the video and message when you return.
5. Can I transfer calls between monitors?
Yes, our system supports connecting up to 6 indoor monitors. You can answer a call on one monitor and transfer it to another specific monitor in a different room.
6. Why is the 7-inch monitor resolution 1024*600?
We use a higher resolution screen (1024*600 vs the market standard 800*480) to provide a clearer display and ensure a competitive advantage in visual quality.
