Does this system support CVBS Video door phones?
Yes, it is compatible with 1 AHD Call panel, 1 CVBS call panel, 1 AHD camera, and 1 CVBS panel working together.
Is there a motion detection feature available?
Yes, motion detection is handled via software. There is no need for a separate PIR sensor; it can detect motion from 1 call panel or 2 cameras.
How can I play music or movies on the indoor monitor?
You can download your media to a computer, copy it to an SD card, and then insert the SD card into the monitor to play your files.
What is the Voice Message function?
When you are away, the system can automatically prompt visitors to leave a message after 30 or 120 seconds. You can check the recorded video later to see who visited and at what time.
How does the transfer calling feature work?
Our system supports up to 6 indoor monitors. If a call is answered in one room but the visitor needs to speak to someone in another room, the call can be easily transferred to that specific monitor.
What is the warranty period for this system?
We provide a comprehensive 24-month warranty for this video door entry system.
