Can smart locks be integrated?
Our system is compatible only with our exclusive smart lock, as other market options are not compatible. They can be sold together as a complete security kit.
Is it possible to customize packaging or logos?
Yes! The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces for boot logos and silkscreen logos. For custom manuals and packaging, the MOQ is 500 pieces.
Does the IP video doorbell support wireless cameras?
It currently supports IP cameras that use the ONVIF protocol. It does not support Web RTSP or SIP protocols at this time.
Is your video doorbell based on an Android system?
We utilize a stable Linux system. With over 10 years of experience and our own R&D department, we find this provides the most reliable performance for AHD video door phones.
What is the minimum quantity for sample purchases?
For the first order, the MOQ is 1-2 kits. Subsequent wholesale orders range from 5 to 500+ pieces depending on your needs.
How long does it take to set up the Tuya App connection?
The setup is designed for DIY efficiency; most users can complete the entire process of adding the device to the App within 1.5 minutes.
